College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80524 July 3, 1998 RE: Vacation of Alley Dear Sherrie: Thank you for taking the time to inform me about the vacation process. I believe that I have enclosed enough information for you to begin the process. Enclosed you will find a survey locating the alley and the affected property owners. A legal description of the alley is included on the survey. I have enclosed copies of agreements signed by Lauren Nelson and First National Bank that they will agree to the vacation, subject to their review of the final Easement and Maintenance Agreement that is currently being revised. I have also enclosed a letter from Mr. Bill Wyatt indicating that he will agree to the vacation, if certain revisions to the Easement and Maintenance Agreement will be made. I hope that his letter will enable you to start the process- Please note that he owns the property with Christine A. Martell and L. Allen Weaver. I purchased my lot on June 22, 1998 and with this letter will agree to the alley vacation, subject to my review of the final Easement and Maintenance Agreement. I believe that I have provided you with enough information to start circulating the proposal to the utility departments- It is my understanding that you can do this while I finalize the Easement and Maintenance Agreement. My attorney is working on this and 1 should be able to get the required signatures for you to submit my proposal to the City Council. If you have any questions, please call me. Thank you, Lw Dale A.
