There has been a Non -regulated Land Transfer on West Magnolia Street creating a parcel which will need
an address. The legal reads: The East 61.58 feet of Lots 10, and I and the East 61.58 feet of the North 30
feet of Lot 12, Block 10, Scott -Sherwood Addition, City of Fort Collins.... An appropriate address for this
location is 1327 West Magnolia Street.
Hereafter: The address of 1327 West Magnolia Street will be applied to said easterly portions of
Lots 10. 11 and 12 of the Scott -Sherwood Addition.
Please change your records to reflect this change.
