Sheet 3: * 150' minimum tangent length at the intersection of Timberwood and Corbett needs to be provided. * Minimum centerline radius for a Collector is 610'. • All dead-end driveways and streets need a type 3 barricade. • A drainage pan between the travel lanes and parallel parking spaces is not allowed. • Please provide a detail of the traffic circle showing truck movements. • Please provide a striping plan, typical street section, and utility crossings in profile. 39 A utility easement adjacent to the ROW is needed. Since: this is not being platted at this time, we will need to see all easement dedications including temporary easements for utilities, drainage, etc. Since: Timberwood is a public street, we do not want to be responsible for the maintenance of the decorative area in the traffic circle. Please indicate as asphalt only. The ROW will need to be dedicated by separate document. Please note on the plans and provide the appropriate documentation. Please provide a striping plan for the entire length of Timberwood, not just the traffic circle. Please provide some sort of enhanced crosswalk feature where indicated on the plans.
