part of this submittal unless that is shown on these plans. The future addition to the building is
being shown on the plans and being accommodated for. The parking lot has not been designed

The gate that is now shown across the driveway must be located far enough behind the curb to
accommodate the longest vehicle that will be using this access point (truck + trailer). Please
provide what this length will be.
Provide Additions to existing sidewalk detail (D-20) on the utility plans.
