Dear Tom:
When you constructed Richmond Drive, the City requested that you install a curb cut for the
existing property at 3436 S. Shields.
With the redevelopment of this property, the City now desires to close this curb cut. I will
reimburse you fur your costs associated with removal of the existing curb cut, replacement of the
vertical curb and gutter, asphalt patching and any incidental items related to this work.
When the work is completed, please send documentation of costs directly to my attention at:

Dear Sheri,
This is a response to your review comments concerning the Final Utility Plans for 3436 South
Shields Street dated August 7, 1997.
The items on the Site plan will be responded to by W. J. Frick Design Group P.C.
* The additions to Existing Sidewalk detail (D-20) has been added to the plan set on sheet 3.
We have completed our responses to the other departments and plan to submit mylars in the very
near future for signatures.
