The utility plans and development agreement (if one is necessary) will need to be completed and approved prior to approval of minor amendment. Provide all of the applicable City general notes on the Utility Plans Provide city signature block. Curb stops will need to be provided for the southern parking spaces or the sidewalk widened so that no overhang of vehicles occurs on the public walk. Maximum curb cut width is 35 feet - please adjust curb cut width. Provide a profile of Maple street. Provide more detail on how the alley and improvements tie together. The ramp detail can be used if it meets ADA requirements, City notes are provided, colored concrete patch is provided and tool jointing is provided. Provide details for the connection to existing walks and provide a typical cross section of the street. See plans for additional comments.
