as ROW. Is the other 30' ROW as well? If so, we'll want the entire 60' width annexed into
the city.

[10/13/07] Based on the Site plans I do not understand the driveway variance requested
with the submittal. All lots have access to Old Oak Lane or to Big Dipper sevearl hundred
feet from Strauss Cabin. If my understanding is incorrect, please submit drawings of the lot
needing the driveway variance with the desired driveway location. If it is a lot adjacent to Old
Oak Lane please provide discussion as to why Old Oak Lane does not work for the lots
driveway.
