JR Engineering, Ltd. is pleased to resubmit final utility plan mylars for the above
referenced project. These plans have been revised based on your review comments of
October 7, 1996. In your letter of transmittal you requested that all comments be
addressed and that all departments involved be contacted concerning their comments
