Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Mike: CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT This letter is to confirm the fact that "fri=Trend wishes to proceed with a portion of the work on Silver oaks'Third Piling. 'Tic portion of work tlial we would like to proceed with is the over -lot grading and street cutting. 'llic reason for this is I he timing between the development of the second and third filing. The Second Piling of Silver Oaks has, approximately 8,000 cubic, yards of s nplus dirt, 1hc'Mird Filing of Silver Oaks has a shortage ofapproximately 8,000 cubic yards. Due to the tinting of development and our construction schedule, we would appreciate the ability to start the third filing dirt work. The erosion control bond will be in the farm of a letter of crcdit from Key Rank of Colorado- It will be in effect and fully enforceable at the City of Forl. Collins h:ngineering Dept.
