RE: Silver Oaks, 1st Filing
Dear Mr. Armitstead:
This letter is to inform you that the utilities to include sanitary sewer, water and storm
sewer as well as 'the asphalt paving and sidewalks, curbs and gutters have been
inspected and initially accepted by the City of Fort Collins pending the normal
contractors warranty period. With the exception of Auntie Stone Street from the
existing street where the new construction begins north approximately 200 lineal feet.
Correction of street grades at this area will be necessary to comply with approved
plans.
Please be informed that this letter of acceptance does not relieve the developers,
contractors, lot owners, or their contractors of their responsibilities for the repair of any
damage which may occur as a result of the building construction.

Please find attached copy of the assignment of utility
installation :reimbursements for subdivision improvements located
at Silver Oaks P.U.D. First Filing
as more fully described in legal description as attached.
According to 'the terms and agreement by and between Tri-Trend,
Inc., a Colorado Corporation "Borrower" and Home Federal Savings
Bank, all future utility reimbursements are to be made to Home
Federal Savings at its primary business offices:
