Dear Mike,
This letter serves as our response to your review comments concerning the final utility plans for
742-746 North College.
Our responses to the: comments are as follows:
* A note has been added to the plans indicating that a minimum of five feet (5) of separation
between the inlet and the existing waterline in North College Avenue be provided. This will
be accomplished by shortening the length of the 18" RCP to move the inlet away from the
waterline.
* The width of the sidewalk has been labeled as seven feet.
• The distance from the centerline to the face of curb has been labeled.
* The saw cut line for the curb construction is located l' west of the proposed lip of curb. This
line has been delineated on the plans. It is located outside of the drive path on North College.
This concludes our response to your review comments concerning the final utility plans for 742-

Tlus letter serves as the estimate for escrow requirements concerning the future five foot (5)
wide bike lane along North College Avenue. The totcl length considered for the bike lane is
189.40 lineal feet.
