SHEET 2 OF 3: Plan and Profile of Proposed Alley Pavement • Check with Rick Richter about whether or not a soils report/letter is needed for the design of the pavement. • Show a detail of the connection of the proposed alley to the existing alley ramp. Comments continued on the next sheet v;r Date: 11-Es` 97 Signature: ^ PLEASE SEND COPIES OF MARKED REVISIONS: ® PLAT ® SITE ® UTILITY ® LANDSCAPE Comments continued from the previous sheet... • Indicate the locations, with stationing, where the alley begins to taper to meet the existing alley ramp. • Provide: "No Parking" sinage along the alley adjacent to the property. • Provide a detail with dimensions of the driveway entrance. Include the appropriate flares at the entrance per City standards. • Will the rim of the existing manhole in the alley need to be adjusted? You will want to note this if this is the case. • Distinguish the lines in the profile near the intersection of Peterson Street more clearly. • The minimum cross -slope along the alley will need to be 2%. Please adjust and label in the cross-section. • See Sheet Number 2 of 3 for additional comments and concerns.
