This is needed to determine if any off site improvements are needed for increased traffic and/or construction vehicle impacts. The sidewalk culvert at the intersection of Eleventh Street and Romero Street is shown to have a 6 foot opening on the plan submitted with the original drainage and erosion control report. These plans show it at only a 2 foot opening. Which is correct. Will water be backing up with the 2 foot opening? The cross pan leading up to this culvert needs to be a 12 foot pan with a 1% inch depth per section 1.02.03.12 for a mid block cross pan.
