We have therefore prepared the easement dedication documentation and are providing it to you for your review. Ilie telephone and CA TV utilities will use a common trench on one side of the alleys, and they approve of this variance These are the only utilities known at this time to use the easements. This variance will better allow our use of detached,,arases at the rear of the lots.
