r Page i-2 indicates that the water rights for the Resource Recover Farm (RRF)
would be utilized if needed. Has the Cities water resources director Dennis
Bode approved this`?
v Page 7-1 indicates that dewatering and stripping of the first stage would occur in
2000. The field may need to be cropped prior to excavation if biosolids have
been applied. Define a more precise time frame for the stripping and
dewatering.
Sanitary sewers that are show on theses plans are part of the Boxelder Sanitation
District system. Please contact them for any comments regarding their lines and
this development.

One question from the Engineering Department is how do the employees access the mine
site'? Will the employees continue to park at the existing site' [f the employees access this
new site by vchicle then the Engineering Department will need to know where that access
will be'?
The Preliminary Subdivision Plat is not a legal document. This project does not have to plat.
but if it desirable to plat this property then the language shall be changed to meet City
requirements and a professional surveyor licensed in the state of Colorado shall subdivide the
land. If it were not desirable to plat this property then I would suggest that the `Preliminary
Subdivision Plat" not be represented as a plat.
