1. Provide detail of intersection grades as per City Standard
2. Radii of intersecting streets.
3. Where is design of Richard's Lake road west of County. Rd. 11?
4. Provide design information 1000 feet north of project
5. Minimum grades of gutter .4%, check all gutter grades for compliance
6. Show how eastern portion of County Road 52 matches with proposed construction, include
transition lengths
7. General comment: show grading of existing drives to match proposed construction (typ)
g. Show curb,gutter and sidewalk section at Storybrooke and Waterfiel and Bull Run projects
and how proposed all fit together
9. Need to provide legals, exhibits and attorney certifications for all slope, construction and
drainage casements needed as a result of off -site improvements
10. Provide cross .sections every 100 feet of off -site improvements, where are drainage flows
going? Appear to be going onto private property
11. Submit a pavement design report for City approval of proposed overlay thickness
12. Extend design to Timberline Road at International Parkway
13. Other comments as redlined on plans
