Minimum sidewalk width along Horsetooth is 6'. Minimum sidewalk and path width on local streets is 4.5'. Connecting paths need to he 4.5' as well. • Sidewalk/path serving units 29-31 should be detached with parkway. This is serving as a sidewalk: lbr these units so please design them as such. • Can you make the width of the sidewalks leading to each individual unit at least 4'? 3.5' is very narrow. • I'm concerned about the proximity of the driveways on Crescent near Horsetooth. These look very close to the intersection w/ Horsetooth.
