AD 05-30 OF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A PORTION OF A UTILITY, ACCESS, AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT OIV LOT A, FOX MEADOWS BUSINESS PARK NO. 2 WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services to vacate certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such dedication, and WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of a utility, access and drainage easement on Lot A, Fox Meadows Business Park No. 2, located on the Timberline Road, south of Horsetooth Road and north of Harmony Road, more particularly described on Exhibit "A": and WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City Departments, which departments report no objections to the vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins, that a portion of a utility, access and drainage easement on Lot A, Fox Meadows Business Park No. 2, which portion is more particularly described on Exhibits "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby vacated. Passed and adopted at an administrative hearing held by the Zoning Supervisor as the delegee of the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins this 19t(I day of July A.D. 2005.
