Regarding your comment from the Ramparts submittal that the south end of Belvedere
Drive needs a temporary turn -around, I would like to add the comment that that endpoint
already has a temporary access drive from the south end of Highcastle Drive to the
intersection at Lernay Avenue where Southridge Greens eventually will be built. In other
words, there is an existing temporary access graded and built along the alignment that will
be used in the future for Southridge Greens.
If you examine thie existing contours on the grading plan, sheet 5, you will see this to be
the case.
