This letter concerns the entrance gate servicing
Save*Mor Self Storage, which is accessed from Linden Road.
The above mentioned gate was initially planned and
designed to be left open during Save*Mor Self Storage
"open" office hours. The gate will be closed after office
business hours, with access provided to emergency vehicles
by use of security codes.
Any other- "after office hours" entry, or for any other
reason this gate is closed; entry or exiting will be
provided from any one of the three Linden Center Drive
security automated gates, located to the south of the
subject gate.
As a further note, emergency vehicles will have access
to all gates, and tenants of the property will be informed
of the after hours access by means of brochures, articles
in written lease agreements, signs on the Linden Street
Gate, and by verbal orientation.
