Comments:
The proposed easement vacation by separate document and dedication of easement are required to be
approved prior to sign off of the utility plan drawings.
An excavation permit will be required from Engineering after sign off of the minor amendment and
utility plans, prior to any construction.
Engineering is fine with mylars for signature provided that other entities/departments are satisfied
with the utility plan set, otherwise please submit any changes to the site, landscape & utility plans
back to Engineering.
