FROM Sheri Wamhoff, Development Review Engineer DATE May 14, 1997 RE: REQUEST TO VACATE A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT Attached for your review and comment is a sketch showing Lot 2 of Oakridge Business Park 21 st Filing PUD, located on the north side of Oakridge Drive east of McMurry Drive. A portion of the drainage and access easement, as shown on the attached drawing, is being proposed for vacation_ Additionally the attached drawing shows an area that is being proposed for dedication as an access and drainage easement. The easement vacation and dedication are required due to the proposed change in the building location on Lot 2. The developer wishes to move the building to the south and provide a parking lot between Harmony Rd and the building. Please sign and return any comments to Sheri Wamhoff in the Development Review Center by June 3, 1997. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will assume you have no objections to the proposed vacation and dedication. Please call Sheri at 221-6750 if you have any questions. Thank you.
