Dear Sheri:
The following represents a construction cost estimate for a 0.5' portion of the proposed 5' sidewalk
along Oakridge Drive to be constructed with this development. The 0.5' portion is 10% of the
construction cost, hence the 10% cost factor.
1) Sidewalk 185 If(a� $11.25 x 10% _ $208.13
2) Ramps 2 total (a, $800.00 x 10% _ $160.00
