A radius access is allowed. Provide dimensions and the reception # for the existing US West easement. Is this an exclusive easement? If so it needs to be labeled as such. It also appears to be configured incorrectly based on US West previous comments. Site Plan 3. Off site access/ construction easement is needed for the northern access at the time of final submittal. 4. Suggest that the median at the storage entrance is eliminated. Due to the large turning radius of trucks and the fact that most renters of these trucks are not used to them this median will probably be hit many a time. 5. The nose of the median (if kept) needs to be placed 20 feet minimum from the flowline of the street. See Section 1.02.03.10 of the design standards. 6. Provide Row to the back of walk.
