This letter confirms the correct address for Lot 1, less the west 55 ft in Block 125, City of Fort
Collins (parcel # 9713209019) as 531 Remington St. There are also 3 units (Units 1, 2, & 3)
associated with this street address.
This lot on the northwest corner of Remington and Myrtle St apparently caused confusion with some
entities referring to this lot as 122 E Myrtle St. However, 122 E Myrtle St does not exist and should
not be used.
Hereafter: The official address for Lot 1, less the west 55ft in Block 125, City of Fort Collins is
531 Remington St. Please adjust any records that might be using a 122 E Myrtle St to 531
Remington St.
