Will update when i have had a chance to talk to PFA As shown it appears that the face of the garage is within the easement. You have dimensioned that there is 13.5 feet from the face of the garage to the back of the sidewalk. The back of the sidewalk scales to be at least 1 ft out side of the property line. Therefore the garage is within the easement by at least a 5 ft. 12/15/2004 HLD Sheri Wamhoff Denied - Per discusions with Ron Gonzales with PFA they do not wish to see the driveway setback reduced here. Reduction of the driveway depth in this area could push a vehicle to extend into the emergency drive area. 12/21/2004 OK Sheri Wamhoff Okay provided the garage is not placed within the easement. As shown the garage may still be within the easement.
