The existing "Amended" Final Landscape Plan, as
submitted with mark-ups, is unclear as to what is going to
be done at the intersection of Overland Trail & Golden
Currant Boulevard and along Golden Currant Boulevard.
There is a lot of dead and missing plant material. In the
detailed description of the change on the application there
is reference to more trees and shrubs to enhance
aesthetic appeal but nothing is shown.
Based on the new Landscape Plan submitted, with
improvements, for the West Prospect Road & Overland
Trail intersection and the area along Overland Trail I have
no concerns. This area is OK.
Received Landscape Plan on July 7th for the planting
areas at the intersection of Golden Currant Boulevard.
Looks OK.
Contact City Forester to determine which existing
Hawthornes are alive or in good enough condition to
transplant. New trees should be provided for those that
are dead or in very poor condition. Per Tim Buchanan
see comments per C. Planning
