The proposed sizes for the deciduous, ornamental, and evergreen trees (on the plan and cited in the applicant's letter dated 11/16/04) meet or exceed the minimum sizes set forth in Section 3.2.1(D)((5) of the LUC. However, a better plan would include additional (larger) shrubs along the west property line, between existing and proposed multi -family buildings, and along the north property line adjacent to the 3 proposed multi- family buildings. Also, the proposed 6' high cedar parking lot screening fence along the southwest property line must be constructed.
