Also approved subject to the tenant panels being textured and painted beige to match the building colors - as indicated on plan sheet design #SS03-257, and confirmed by phone call to Neil Hughes, Schlosser Signs, Inc., on November 10, 2004. Georg!ana Defines Peter Barnes Ted's comments are an approval with condition. Sheri Wamhoff Not sure if the Signal Box is one to the utilities proposed to be hidden, but a person standing at the signal box with the door open must be able to see the signal heads on the traffic lights- Don't know that this is possible with the box behind a 5-6 foot wall. Thus the signal box can not be included in the area behind the wall. As for the other utilities will need to get okays from all of the utilities that the seperation from the pedestals that they are proposing works for the utilities and that the wall over the lines and easement is okay. We can route this if desired. Need a plan that show where each utility is located and where the wall is proposed. Sheri Wamhoff Approved with the condition: Okay provided all the utility pedistals are qwest or City light and power pedistals as they are the only utilities who have given there okay for this. It should be noted that if the utilities (qwest, light and power or others) need to get into this easement to add lines or do work they can remove the walls and sign and are not responsible for replacing it. Replacement will be the owners responsibility and cost. OK Doug Martine Applicant will need to coordinate power requirements and development charges with Light & Power Engineering (221-6700)- Electric service must be metered. OK Peter Barnes Ok per Doug Martine, with condition that applicant contact L&P Engineering at 221-6700 to coordinate their power requirements for the sign and to determine charges. The electric service will need to be metered, and the meter could be mounted on the screen wall. If meter is mounted on the outside of the wall, it must be painted to match the color of the wall. OK Basil Harridan ok, no impact on drainage facilities. OK Jeff Hill No comments OK Peter Barnes 3351 EasAro% Fort Collins, C5 80525 12/03/2004 To Whom 11 May Concern: Bill .Johnson Sr Design Engineer 3351 Eastbrook Dr Ft. Collins, C) 80525 Qwe st: .. Schlosser Sims has recently submitted a plan for placing an enclosure on the corner of the Golden Meadows Business Park at E. Harmony Rd and McMuny Av. This wall will enclose a number of Qwest Conmmnication facilities that currently are in place at this location. Qwest sees no problem with the plans as they are proposed. As long as Qwest can maintain access to these conmlLill icatioil facilities when needed and cabinet does are not blocked- this enclosure poses no difficulty as planted.
