Building 5 is not consistent with the adopted plans - it has lost the vertical masonry elements on the upper story of the building (they have been replaced with stucco). These should be incorprated into the new building design to remain consistant with the current approvals. The linetype used to "bubble" the revision areas may not scan very well. Please consider using a more scanable line (darker).
