County Road 36 (Kechter Road) to the city of Fort Collins. I understand that the easement will be 15' and be located next to the proposed improved Kechter Road ROW (42'). See figure 1 for additional clarification. I also understand that care will be taken to preserve the existing large tree that falls within the easement. Regards, rY. Based on his conversation of one single 6+ acre lot being subdivided into two lots and one single family residence to be built on the new lot, no vehicular TIS is needed. I did provide Denise Weston's number for him to check on a bike/ped review.
