RE: REQUEST TO VACATE PORTIONS OF RIGHT OF WAY
Attached for your review and comment are sketches and legal descriptions for portions of ROW
for Bellewood Court and Eden ridge Court proposed to be vacated as part of the Provincetown
3rd Filing application. Basically, a request has been made to vacate both sides of the cul-de-sac
bulbs in order to construct a through street. Access, drainage and utility easements will be
retained until such time the applicant makes a formal request to vacate the easements at which
time you will be routed again for any comments.
Please let me know if you have any problem with the right of way vacations. The applicant will
need your approval prior to October 4, 2006 in order to have the vacation ordinance placed on the
October City Council agenda The applicant will need to hand carry this memo request to each of
the utilities in order to meet this deadline.
