RE: Hickory Hill Village at Cunningham Corner, P.U.D.
Dear Mr. Sibbald:
Per your request a walk through inspection of the public improvements installed
as a part of the Hickory Hill development was performed. The following is a list
of those items which need to be corrected prior to the City's acceptance of these
improvements.
1. Fire hydrant at southwest side of parking lot adjacent to Building F needs
to be raised so break away flange is 0.1 to 0.2 above finished landscaping.
Fire hydrants are to be given a fresh coat of DeVoe Safety Yellow paint
#58158 - 01 as per Water Department Specifications.
2. Manholes A-2 and C-2 rings and covers appeared to have been displaced during
the asphalt pavement installation and will need to be recentered over
manhole barrel section. These and all other manholes need to be grouted
inside as per Water Department Specifications.
