DECLARATION OF VACATING PLAT
WHBKEA(, On November 24th, 1924, C. Juel filed in the office of the County
Clerk of D: rimer County, Colorado, a certain plat of Juel Place, a subdivision of
part of the unplatted ].ands of the N'iJ of the S"r'} of Section 11, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., now of record in Plat Book 4 on Page 75A in the
office of the County Clerk and Recorder of the County and State aforesaid; in which
the said described premises are divided into lots, with court and alleys as shown thereon,
and said plat being designated as Juel Place, in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
File #103, Larimer County, Colorado, records; and
WHERFAS, The undersigned James B. Ettel has purchased all of the said Juel Place
as described in the said plat, the some never having been sold, save and except to the
undersigned who is now the owner thereof, and
VIHEREAS, The Bungalow Court as described in said plat has never been used and enjoyed
by the Public as a public highway, and no expenditures or improvements have been made
on said bungalow Court, by the Public, save and except for that part of the said Bungalow
Court which lies east of the most easterly point of Lot 8 in said Juel place, and save
and except for that part of the said Bungalow Court which lies west of the most
westerly point of Lot 1 of said Junl Place,
NO'0, THEREFORE, KNON ALL LEN BY THESE pRE.SEWS, That the undersigned James B. Ettel,
sole owner of that portion of the property described in said plat as all of Lots One Ten (1)
Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8),
