DATE: March 3, 2010
The owner of the both parcels # 9712309010 and # 9712309009 has been granted their request to
change the addresses of two units into two separate street addresses. Previously, the two units both
had been addressed as 346 E Mountain Ave Units A & B. However, with this change Unit A will
instead carry a separate address of 344 E Mountain Ave, and Unit B will now carry just the 346 E
Mountain Ave as its address.
Hereafter: Parcel # 9712309010 (Unit A) is now addressed as 344 E Mountain Ave.
Parcel # 9712309009 (Unit B) is now addressed as 346 E Mountain Ave.
Please update your records to reflect this change.
