Four individual units which previously had been assigned off of 730 Ponderosa Dr, will now carry
separate street addresses. This is being done to clarify some confusion regarding multiple
disconnected units using the same primary address of 730 Ponderosa Dr. Due to recent concerns by
residents at this address, the City reviewed the addressing of these lots, and decided to make an
address change to help bring some clarity to the addressing.
The changes being made are with 730 Ponderosa Dr Units 1, 2, 15, and 16. These four residences
will no longer be associated with 730 Ponderosa Dr, but instead they each will carry separate
primary addresses (please see below). These four units reside within lot # 1, 2, 15 and 16 of
Ponderosa Park PUD.
Note: The remaining 14 single family units which are addressed as 730 Ponderosa Units A thru N,
will not be changing. Only the units listed below are changing.
Hereafter:
730 Ponderosa Dr Unit 1 is now 736 Ponderosa Dr
730 Ponderosa Dr Unit 2 is now 732 Ponderosa Dr
730 Ponderosa Dr Unit 15 is now 728 Ponderosa Dr
730 Ponderosa Dr Unit 16 is now 724 Ponderosa Dr
Please update your records to reflect this change. Thank you for your cooperation.
