We are Shawn, and Susan Quinn. We have fined in Ft. Collins for the last 10 I Years, and are looking forward to many more years here, raising a family and continuing to enjoy all that Ft. Collins has to offer. We really love this neighborhood, which is why we have designed our dream home to be built here. We have purchased lot 70, and obviously have begun work an our house. it was just brought to our attention that we designed our custom home based on incorrect sideyard setback informadon. We designed a large, ranch style home with a Colorado Craftsman design. We wanted to create a house with ha# curb appeal that would compliment the other that if er and estate Karnes around us. We truly believe tf we confiormed to the current setback requirements, the restrictions would make our home detract from the neighborhood rather than add to it.
