Once the CDOT preliminary estimate is complete, this can be used to calculate the costs of the local street portion of the project. This reconciliation would take place prior to the issuance of a CO for Mulberry's mechanical building, which is estimated to be complete in August 2010. Current Planning, Dana Levitt: 1. I will need to review a revised landscape plan; 2. Conceptually, the plantings along the river will need to be denser, by a factor. of 2-3 times as much material. This can be part of the review of the revised or final landscape plan.
