SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS•
1) Six (6) copies of RECORDED plan (i.e. site, landscape, elevation, etc. - whichever is being altered) on
24" x 36" size (usually available at the Technical Services Department at 281 N. College) — RED -LINE
THE CHANGES ON the six plans or provide six copies of revised drawings showing the changes in
addition to the six originals;
2) Completed and signed application form; and
3) Application fee of $192.00.

Engineering:
A "Street Construction" line item in the Mulberry project budget shall be created and an
"escrow" of $210,000 shall be placed into this account. Once the CDOT preliminary
estimate is complete, this can be used to calculate the costs of the local street portion of
the project. This reconciliation would take place prior to the issuance of a CO for
Mulberry's mechanical building, which is estimated to be complete in August 2010.
Current Planning, Dana Levitt:
1. I will need to review a revised landscape plan; 2. Conceptually, the plantings along the
river will need to be denser, by a factor. of 2-3 times as much material. This can be part of
the review of the revised or final landscape plan.
