Landscape materials shall be in accordance with AAN specifications for Number One Grade. 2. Turf areas shall be irrigated with an automatic pop-up irrigation system. All shrub beds and trees to be Irrigated with an automatic drip (trickle) Irrigation system. The irrigation plan shall be reviewed and approved by the City of Ft. Collins prior to the Issuance of a building permit. 3. Trees to be balled and burlapped, unless otherwise noted. 4. Turf within the Harmony Corridor setback and in the detention areas shall be seeded or sodded with a mixture of 100% Tall Fescue blends. All other areas shall be bluegrass seed or sod. S. Landscaping must be installed or secured with an irrevocable letter of credit, Performance Bond, or escrow account for 125% of the valuation of the materials prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. It. Landscaping shall be maintained by the property owner(a), including the Harmony Road Right -of -Way. Landscape elements that cite or are removed shall be promptly replaced. 12.
