Collins, Colo. 80522 ATTN: Mr. Phil Waite Melody Construction Co. 11031 Sheridan Boulevard Broomfield, CO 80020 (303) 466-1831 RE: Wagon Wheel Subdivision (So. Shields St. & Casa Grande Blvd.) We would like to finish construction on the detention pond in filing No. 1 and are requesting a change to the approved plans. Instead of six different cross -sections for the trickle channel, we would like to substitute just one section as shown below. In checking back through our records, we can find no reason for all the different sections. The revised section can be more easily built using just curb and qutter forms. Collins, CO 80526 Dear Gary: Re: Wagon Wheel lst & 2nd Filings As per your request for a final inspection on the paving in the above referenced subdivisions, this letter is to inform you that there are some minor problems that the City will require to be corrected before final acceptance. 0 At the intersection of Casa Grande and Hickock there is an area between the sanitary sewer manhole and the water main valve boxes that has settled and ponds water. 0 At the intersection of Sioux and Sweeney there is a settling area that ponds water. 0 On Sioux Boulevard, approximately 150-feet east of Gatlin, there is an area that is settling and ponds water. 0 At the intersection of Nez Perce Way and Sharps Street there is some pavement damage. It appeared to me that a backhoe's outriggers had punched holes in the asphalt mat, possibly during the manhole raising operation. Although these items appear to be minor problems, the City will not accept these streets until the above items have been corrected. When repairs are ccrnpleted, I will accept all streets pending the normal contractor warranty periods. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 484-4220, extension 728.
