BOX 580, FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 80522 PH (303) 484-4220 EXT. 728 ENGINEERING DIVISION March 19, 1979 Mr. Robert Oliphant Frost Oliphant & Associates, Inc. 1720 W. Mulberry Fort Collins, CO 80521 Dear Robert: During an inspection of the Wildwood lst and 2nd sub- divisions on Friday, Larch it was learned that water mains, sewer mains, curbs, sidewalks and portions of the streets were not in the locations shown on City approved utility plans. Obviously, this could cause serious problems for maintenance personnel in years to come. For this reason I am requesting that an accurate set of as -built plans be drawn up after field checking by your engineering firm, and this plan be submitted to me as soon as possible. It must show existing locations of all manholes, valve boxes, water and sewer services, and must accurately reflect any and all changes which have been made in any public right-of-way improvements. Until I receive this plan I will be unable to release further building permits or certificates of occupancy in the subdivisions. If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact me. Sincerely, Bob Zakely Chief Construction Inspector
