Received a drainage study on 2-26-04 dated 2-23-04 that verifies the
drainage imperviousness and patterns conform to the original approved
drainage study. A new grading plan was also provided and needs a City
signature box and the mylars need to be added to the original Spring Creek
Center plan set.

Please provide an updated grading and erosion control plan for this site.
`Plan needs to be made part of the original set and supercede the grading
and utility plans shown per the original building approvals.
'Utility plans should be revised to reflect proposed revisions to water and
sanitary sewer lines. These revisions should be routed to Jeff Hill or Roger
Buffington of our water/wastewater engineering division.

Water service must remain the same size from the main to a point 5 feet
downstream of the meter pit. If the proposed water service is to be a 2-
inch then provide the 2-inch meter pit detail on the utility plan. Draw the
meter pit to scale and label both the meter pit and curb stop.
