Should carefully evaluate location of curb cut to Lockwood Drive in relationship to development of future Phase G curb cut. 2. Code requires one parking space per four persons maximum rated capacity. This requirement may be varied as a PUD: Staff would recommend that applicant carefully evaluate plan - in terms of providing adequate offstreet parking. Please -provide evidence to justify parking at preliminary plan submission. 3. Applicant: may tap directly into 8-inch water line. A repay is due on water line in Horsetooth Road. 4. Has 150-foot fire access requirement been met? 5. Need final subdivision plat. 6.
