Clearly label as a raised median with curb height. Provide dimensioning from westerly College curb line to median and show existing lane striping on the utility plans. This is the level of detail that should be sufficient to obtain an access permit from CDOT. I will be meeting with Glaria from CDOT on March 30. If you can get me a copy of the plans showing this information I will pass them along to her so she can include them with the package that you have already submitted to her.
