Mason Street Fort Collins, CO 80522 970.416.2276 970,416.2209 — fax fcgov. com The City of Fort Collins Engineering Department has planned the North College Avenue and Willox Lane Intersection Improvements Project (the "Project") which is anticipated to begin construction in early 2010. This Project will require the consolidation of property access points along North College Avenue. One area of access modification affects the Legacy Auto Sales property located at 1845 North College Avenue. As part of the Project, the City will be moving the current south entrance farther to the south to become a shared access point between the Legacy Auto Sales property and the Lamplighter Motel. The City also plans to install a sidewalk along North College Avenue which will include landscaped parkway between the curb and sidewalk, as well as, a landscaped area behind the walk.
