Also, if the easement is not completed by hearing, then a letter of intent from the property owner will be required prior to hearing. There is an area on the property to the north that appears to be new grading. As such, another offsite easement would be required for that, with the letter of intent due prior to hearing and the complete easement due prior to mylars.
