EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owners
of the following described land, to —wit:
Lot 19 and 20 of the Replat of Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, and 18 of Golden
Meadows Business Park, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado,
do hereby dedicate and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
for use forever hereafter: a twenty (20) foot wide easement for utilities
and drainage facilities in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, said easement being ten (10) feet in width on each
side of the following described centerline.
Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 19 of the Replat of Lots 13,
14, 15, 16, and 18 of Golden Meadows Business Park and run thence
along said centerline, South 240.00 feet; thence S 45' 00' E 75.00
feet.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this
dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of
maintenance of such easement.
