Dear Mr. Zdenek:
This letter is in response to your inquiry regarding the drainage
along East Lincoln Avenue adjacent to Lenay Business Park.
I've looked into the off -site fleas which generally drain along
the north side of East Lincoln. The off -site flow along East
Lincoln which would enter the Business Park at the southwest
corner of Lot: 2 is approximately 15 cfs during a minor storm
and 26 cfs during a major design storm. In sizing any drainage
facilities along Lincoln, these flows should be added to the
tributary flows from the Business Park itself to arrive at final.
design quantities.
