Dear Steve:
Staff has reviewed the plat of the Landings Park Subdivision and
has the following comments to make:
1. The 35-foot drainage easement running east -west across the plat
should not be shown. When the easement is secured, it should match
(in alignment) the proposed channel to the west.
2. Two primary control points for basis of bearing, monumentation
and basis of bearing need to be shown on the plat.
3. The signature block for Engineering needs to be signed by the
City Engineer, rather than the Director of Engineering Services.
4. The notary statement is lacking some information.
5. Comments have not been received regarding the need for utility
easements from either Public Service Company or Mountain Bell.
Staff will inform you as soon as such comments are received.
Three copies of the final plat reflecting these comments must be
submitted to this office by Thursday, July 28, 1983. By Monday,
August 15, an 8-1/2 x 11 inch reduction of the plat must be
submitted. If you have any questions or comments, please do not
