Howes, Suite 100 Fort Collins, CO 80521 Dear Jim: The staff has reviewed the application for final approval of the Home Federal PUD and would offer the following comments: 1. Handicapped, motorcycle and bicycle parking should be indicated. 2. Height of masonry fence should be indicated on site plan. 3. Dimensions of building envelopes should be indicated including distance to at least two platted property lines. 4. Water and sewer services to the existing home that is to be removed will have to be abandoned at the main. 5. Existing fire hydrants should be indicated. A fire hydrant will be required at Princeton and College near the entrance to the building. 6. Cost of relocating existing utilities will be at owner's expense. 7. A handicapped ramp will be required at the College and Drake sidewalk. 8. Detail of "texi:ured crosswalk" in right-of-way should be provided in utility plans. 9. Entrance and exists should be designed as curb cuts, not curb returns. 10. The Engineering Services Division has some problems with the drainage plan as submitted and should be contacted for details. 11. The staff has some suggestions regarding the landscape plans. I would suggest we meet: to discuss this item. I would suggest we meet as soon as possible to discuss the above comments. Revisions to the plans should be delivered no later than Firday, April 9, 1932.
